What happens when I sign up?
You will immediately get a welcome email (Check your spam) with a link to the members only website and instructions on setting up your user name and password. The email will contain all the information you need to fully navigate and explore the platform. If for whatever reason you don’t get the email, contact us at support@fitmuslimah.com

When you log onto your dashboard you will see the section with the link an survey form you need to fill out so you can be placed in a pod.

What can I expect during the live coaching sessions?
Mubarakah will teach a new habit, skill and ideas around a specific topic during each live session. Think of it as placing a new brick every month towards mastering the habits of mR40 method. There will also be time for Q&As and interaction with Mubarakah 

What are the LIVE sessions like?
They will be a combination between traditional lecture style, direct to camera teaching style and "Q and A". During Q and A you will be able to ask Mubarakah any and all questions you might have on the topic she recently taught via LIVE chat. 

Will there be time for Q&As and live interaction with Mubarakah?
Yes. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, interact and share during every live session.

What if I can not make the Live sessions?
If you can not make the live sessions you will receive access to the recorded sessions within 24 hours.  

Do I get to one-on-one coaching with Mubarakah?
No. This is a group coaching program so all coaching will happen in a group format.  If you are interested in private coaching you can email info@fitmuslimah.com and ask for the coaching application.

When are the live coaching session?
The mR40 method group coaching lives are on Sundays at 11:30 AM EST 

You will then be given the live schedule and will receive and email reminders letting you know when they begin. These emails will also contain all the materials and information you need to get the most out of the coaching session. 
 
If I sign up when am I charged?
Once you have signed up you will be charged immediately. 
 
What's the refund policy?
This is a digital program and there is no refund after you have accessed any portion of the program including, dashboard or our community groups.
