Does it cost to sign up?
Yes. This is a competition is between my clients using my mR40 method to break sugar addiction, balance hormones and lose weight. It includes full access to my program, resource tools and live coaching with me. 
What happens when I sign up?
You will immediately get a welcome email (Check your spam) with a link to the members only library and instructions on setting up your user name and password. The email will contain all the information you need to fully navigate and explore the platform. When you log onto your online library you will have immediate access to the entire program. If I sign up when am I charged?
Once you have signed up you will be charged immediately. If you choose the split payment option then you will be automatically charged the same day of each month.
What's the refund policy?
This is a digital program and there is no refund after you have accessed any portion of the program including the library, Telegram group or our app.
Do I have to join a gym?
No. All the workouts are designed to be done with minimum equipment and from the comfort of your own home.
I don't have time to workout, can I still do this?
No. I require all my clients to workout as a part of their program.  You must commit to working out AT MINIMUM for 30 minutes 3 times a week.
Can I do this program if I am pregnant?
No. The goal of the program is to help you lose weight. Pregnancy is not the appropriate time to aim for weight loss.
Can I do this program if I am breastfeeding?
Yes. I have an entire bonus section with modifications for breastfeeding moms.
What can I expect during the live coaching sessions?
You will learn a new habit, skill and ideas around a specific topic during each live session. Think of it as placing a new brick every month towards mastering the habits of mR40 method. There will also be time for Q&As and interaction with Mubarakah. 
Will there be time for Q&As and live interaction with Mubarakah?
Yes. You will have the opportunity to ask questions, interact and share during every live session.
What if I can not make the live coaching sessions?
If you can not make the live sessions you will receive access to the recorded sessions within 24 hours.  
Do I have to take supplements?
No. You are not required to take supplements.
Do I have to go keto or low carb.
Yes. This program is based on my mR40 method which uses intermittent fasting and Macro-munipulation which includes phases of ketogenic eating and low carb eating as a sustainable healthy lifestyle. 
I am vegetarian, will this work for me?
Yes. I offer both a whole food meal plan (includes meat, chicken and fish meals) as well as a vegetarian meal plan (includes eggs, cheese and dairy).  Our clients have gotten great results on both plans. 
Can I do this if I am lactose Intolerant?
Yes. Eating dairy is completely optional.  There are hundreds of other foods 
Can I do this in my country? Will I be able to follow the diet?
Yes. I've coach women throughout the world and I teach my clients how to choose food based on their health and goals.  As long as you have access to food you can follow my simple plan.
