Qs About The Coaching
Is there LIVE coaching?
Yes. This is a key aspect of the success of our program.  You get LIVE group coaching with me, Coach Mubarakah, and my personally approved accountability coaches to help you along your journey.
What can I expect during the live group coaching sessions?
Live coaching sessions are a combination between presentation and/or traditional direct to camera teaching style and "Q and A". During Q and A you will be able to ask any questions you might have. 

During my coaching sessions, I will teach a new habit, skill and ideas around a specific topic during each session. Think of it as placing a new brick every month towards mastering the habits of mR40 method. There will also be time for Q&As and interaction with Mubarakah 
When are the live group coaching session?
Live coaching sessions will be Mondays at 11:00AM EST (New York Time) [10:AM CST / 8:AM CST] (This is subject to change, based on a survey.)  
What if I miss a group coaching session?
No worries.  You'll have access to the recordings in the facebook group.
Will this include One-on-One Coaching?
No.  If you are interested in getting one-on-one coaching, you can email support@fitmuslimah.com request information on how to join the "Inner Circle" which is a 3 month hybrid coaching group that includes weekly group coaching AND monthly private one-on-one coaching sessions with Mubarakah.  This program is VERY limited and only open to 20 women at a time.
Qs About The Food
Will I get a menu and meal plan?
You will be get a complete menu and meal plan with delicious recipes based on your phase of the program.  In addition you will get 8 new recipes each month that you are a member.
Will my family be able to eat the meals?
Yes.  The meals and recipe are healthy delicious whole food meals that your whole family will love.
Do I need to spend hours in the kitchen cooking?
Girl No. I don't even want to do that, so I make sure the recipes are simple, easy and deliscious.
I don't live in the United States will I be able to follow the plan?
Yes, Yes and Yes!  We have has women from over a dozen countries participate and lose weight on this program.  I don't just give you a PDF but I also explain the concept of how food and movement effect your body so you can personalize the program to your lifestyle.
Qs About The Workouts
Will I get a workout program?
Yes, you will get 40 Day workout program a with videos and a calendar. 
Will I need to buy fitness equipment?
Eventually. Although many of the exercises can be done with only your body weight, you will also be given routines that include at home equipment like dumbbells and resistance bands.
Will the workouts be modified for my fitness level?
The workouts are designed for all fitness levels and some modifications are given for certain exercises when appropriate.
What's the refund policy?
This is a digital program and there is no refund after you have accessed any portion of the program including, dashboard or our community groups. 
Qs About The Program
What happens when I sign up?
You will immediately get a welcome email (Check your spam) with a link to the members only website and instructions on setting up your user name and password. The email will contain all the information you need to fully navigate and explore the platform. If for whatever reason you don’t get the email, contact us at support@fitmuslimah.com
Do I need to have a Facebook page? 
Yes! The live coaching sessions and recordings will be in the Facebook group.
Is this program for women only?
Yes.  This programs and coaching is for women, by women with women's bodies in mind
Is this program for Muslims only?
No.  This program is designed for ALL women.  When I was on the Oprah Show I told her "No matter where we choose to worship all women want to know the same thing...how do you get rid of cellulite".  After 20+ years of coaching women all across the world this is still true.
